Cynthia Pascaretti, RN

Mr. Ludwin is a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) certified by The American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP). He received his clinical training from Pace University Lienhard School of Nursing and graduated with honors with both his RN and NP degrees. He also received a Bachelor of Science in Bioinformatics with honors from the University at Buffalo. He worked as a Hospitalist for 8 years before entering Pulmonology and served as an Internal Medicine clinical preceptor for the Marist College Physician assistant program for 3 years. He received two preceptor awards for Internal Medicine through the 2019-2022 academic years. Mr. Ludwin has a passion for collaborative care, teaching and the incorporation of technology into clinical medicine.

The Berkshire Visiting Nurse Association offers skilled care services in patient s homes. The association provides infusion, physical, occupational and speech therapies. It manages offices in central and southern Berkshire in Massachusetts. The association offers treatment for alcohol abuse and depressions. The Berkshire Visiting Nurse Association also provides wound and ostomy care services. The association offers wellness assessment, breastfeeding information and training, pain and medication management, and home health care planning and consultation solutions. It provides nutritional education and advocacy services through its senior health program. The Berkshire Visiting Nurse Association is an affiliate of Berkshire Health Systems, which is a private, nonprofit organization.
