Recently named 2019 Business of the Year by the Warrensburg Chamber of Commerce. What started as a TRX/Spin studio has involved into a community of active people sharing a passion and helping each other live healthier.

Specialties

Specializing in TRX and Spin Instruction. One hour classes are limited to six participants and are held in a private setting with Certified Instructors. The class features Virtual Cycling, where the instructor facilitates a ride to match the topography and tempo of the ride being shown with High Definition visuals. Booking powered by Mindbody and Google.
