Customer Service sub par. No one working there had the CVS app that shows where an item is located in the store and they really didn't care about helping me. Parking lot is also a disaster.

Miserable pharmacy staff, always out of the Medications I need, terrible parking lot. Just TRY to get someone on the phone. Unfortunately, most of these big pharmacy chains are no different.

The pharmacy staff wouldn't let me use a US passport as a valid form of government ID. I called corporate to confirm that this was illegal :) messed with the right one today! Better update that...
