For the most part, I don't usually agree with bad ratings, but I have to say this is my least favorite CVS in NYC. It's always very busy so that definitely contributes to the hectic environment....

Empty. Messy. Management is rude - if you don't want open locked cabinets for customers leave them open so you won't be bothered about it.
