I found the customer service at this CVS to be lacking. Their patience towards their customers is virtually none, similar to their politeness.

The store at Newton Plaza is a disaster. CVS is supposed to participate in a program with CDPHP. There are tons of problems with the program. I checked the CDPHP paper catalogue for covered items....
