My medicine is 99% always ready when it says it's going to be. Only one time it wasn't because they had to order it. They ran out so I had to wait an extra two days.

Abysmal service! Phones are rarely answered, or when reached, personnel claim the system was out and not working due to high volume! What kind of garbage is that? Then fix the phones!...
