Through their engaging events and intellectual feasts, they invite scholars and experts to ignite conversations about food history, offering a unique opportunity to savor history through shared recipes and catered receptions.

With a mission to share knowledge, Culinary Historians of New York provides access to their program library, which includes recordings, written summaries, and analyses of past events, as well as their annual journal, NYFoodStory, focusing on food history in and around New York. They also support groundbreaking scholarship in the field of culinary history through their Scholars Grants and honor excellence with the Amelia Award, recognizing significant accomplishments in culinary history and the generosity of spirit that enables future generations to build on this work.
