Please save your money, rate increase more than twice in 1 year. More than a 30 dollar increase within one year of having your unit. They do not priorities on time paying customers.

Mice, Rats and if you can't physically go there, they make it impossible to pay for more then one month at a time by credit card. Asking me to mail a check is not acceptable in todays day and age....

Some of the staff here are really rude and don't know much about customer service. They also need to clean up their area where you load and unload your belongings. The elevators are gross as well...
