Rick Goondall, started driving a taxi cab in NYC in 1994. Enlisted into U.S. Army in 1996. In 1999,joining ROTC & college, Rick drove to supplement school and started City Sedans & Limousines Transportation. in 2001, the company faced hardship as maintaining company and military duty service. However with Army values of commitment and dedication, City Sedans & Limousines Transportation (CSL) continued providing superior services. in 2011, CSL Transportation gained a widespread reputation for reliability and excellence among private aviation, corporate travelers, and global affiliates.
