Service has gone way down. If you opt for a "regular" pedicure they seem annoyed. I shaped my own toenails! The tech was annoyed I asked for a natural shape, and handed me the clippers, insane!...

Manicure looks great and pricing was amazing. You cannot find better prices on the upper East side. Manicurist was nice and the shop was very clean. Only complaint is they filed my pinky finger...
