CrossFit Beyond has been serving Albany since 2010. Our mission is to provide safety, knowledge and support for our athletes in a motivational environment. With over four years of success, we look forward to adding you to our long history of happy customers.

At CrossFit Beyond in Albany, New York, our goal is to provide safety, knowledge and support to all CrossFit athletes that walk through our doors, regardless of age, ability or athletic experience. We strive to help our athletes get healthier and stronger. Whether you're a lifelong athlete looking for a challenging workout or, if you're looking for a structured program to help you get fit, CrossFit Beyond is for you. Our coaches are passionate about helping each individual improve their lives through the functional movements of CrossFit that are used in everyday life, and day-to-day tasks. We also offer yoga and weekly CrossFit classes for kids and teens. We believe that CrossFit is for everyone, no matter your age or athletic ability. Many people think CrossFit is only for those who are already in shape, but CrossFit is a proven program to help you get in shape. Each workout can be scaled to each individual's level and ability. New to CrossFit? Our on-ramp class is the perfect introduction to CrossFit for beginners. We'll teach you the movements and proper form alongside others who are just starting their fitness journey.
