History

Phil Pignatelli and Pat Acocella founded CP & Associates in 2011 after recognizing a need for a construction management firm that focused on bridging the gap between the design team and the builder, but understood the owner's point of view. Based on the importance of communication, responsibility, and creativity, CP & Associates has grown into a full-service general contracting and construction management firm, providing services for the retail, hospitality, corporate, institution, and education sectors.

We specialize in a number of construction sectors and trade specialities that include projects in luxury residential, corporate interior fit outs and renovations, out-of-the-ground construction, hospitality and restaurants, urban retail complexes, hotels, educational institutions, not-for-profit organizations, adaptive re-use and restoration, specialty technical construction, and sustainable construction projects. We approach projects holistically to ensure smooth and efficient execution from start to finish. We have built, supervised, and managed the construction of housing units, commercial, and retail projects, and have negotiated property acquisitions for clients.
