History

From humble beginnings in 1987, Cousins Paintball has grown into the largest paintball field operator it is today. With 10 locations around the New York area we serve more paintball players than anyone else in the world. However, it's not our size but our commitment to our customer that sets us apart. Dean Del Prete and Paul Sattler, owners of Cousins Paintball and actual cousins, started playing paintball in 1986. It didn't take long after there first game for both Cousins to realize paintball was a great sport. Paintball was fun, exciting and safe but there were not many places to play and nowhere to get equipment. Having grown up in a family of entrepreneurs. It didn't take long for them to see an opportunity. They converted there existing business on Udall Rd. in West Islip, NY into one of the first paintball stores in the country. As avid paintball players, Dean and Paul quickly gained a reputation for knowledgeable and friendly service. There first store was a huge success.
