I made a reservation a month in advance at this hotel and today, the day I am supposed to check in they are telling me that they cannot accommodate me. This place really sucks.

Not impressed by this stay. This isn't just me being I'm "too picky". We stayed in a suite, so I'd expect the shower to work properly but the shower didn't turn off so it dripped all night...
