It is part of a hydro electric plant. the parking lot is next to the plant. there is no access to the cave, however a very nice marker explaining how cooper's cave was important in " last of the...

Closed!! It looks like an industrial water / power plant!! It's not worth the visit to be honest!! Dirty water running over!!
