Live close by and was super excited for a place to open in Tribeca with fun natural wines... Went in tonight and received the worst customer service that I've received thus far and I've been in NY...

They were incredibly rude and not helpful. I was told my taste in wine was "not good". That's not what I'm looking for when I go purchase- just looking for recommendations based on what I do like....
