Cook Physical Therapy, P.C. in Fayetteville, N.Y. is a family owned Private Practice consisting our friendly front office staff, 3 licensed physical therapists and 2 physical therapy assistants. Cook Physical Therapy has the goal of working with individuals to decrease pain, swelling and inflammation, improve movement, flexibility, posture, strength and performance and promote maximal independence and capacity for activities of daily living, sports and work.
