Only come here for the UPS access point service but even that is horrible on most days... the cashier at the front is also the ups pick up person so if you come when there is a line, you have to...

Small pharmacy in the bronx. My grandma gets your meds from here. Friendly service and lots of other stuff you can buy, such as toys and greeting cards.
