Comprehensive Care Management Corp

Comprehensive Care Management Corporation is a nonprofit organization that offers a variety of long-term care services for senior citizens throughout New York. The organization is a provider of the New York State Managed Long Term Care Plan and the Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE). It allows frail elderly and disabled adults to stay in their homes. Comprehensive Care Management Corporation organizes a range of social and therapeutic activities for its members. The organization is a member of The Beth Abraham Family of Health Services, which ncludes the Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation and the Margaret Tietz Center. It is also a member of the National PACE Association. Comprehensive Care Management Corporation maintains a presence in Bronx, N.Y.
