We use many forms of manual therapy such as: Active release technique (ART), Myofascial Release, Trigger Point Therapy, Joint Mobilizations and Manipulations, Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM), Myofascial Decompression (cupping), and Kinesiotaping. We will also teach you how to utilize the correct postural and movement adjustments, breathing patterns, and corrective exercises to help you perform optimally and pain-free.
