The manager Shanelle was very nice and pleasant and easy to talk to. The wait for my glasses was a little longer than I thought, but the glasses are very nice.

After reviewing the location Manager Laura claims there is no information showing we visited the location- this is inaccurate and not the proper way to handle a customer who was treated so poorly
