Ken Conine the owner took a $1000 check, ran to the bank to cash and never showed or attempted to start the job. After many emails voicemail and texts he agreed to refund my money, only to go to...

Was late or didn't even show up for appointments. No calls either. Also cashed a post dated check 2 days early (after he suggested I write it as opposed to waiting 4 days to start the job) .
