He has twice disappointed me I ordered one thing and received something else. Instead of telling me what I order was discontinued he installed something else. He doesn't return phone calls.

Co op sales installed blinds of poor quality and function. Doesn't block sun when tilted down! the rod resists turning and the strings for moving up and down is thin and weak. priced to expect...
