Clinton County Senior Center

The Court Club is a fitness center located within the Comfort Inn and Suites hotel. The gymnasium serves resident in northern New York and offers complimentary access to special guests at the hotel. It features a full-range of plate-loaded and other strength training equipment, as well as free weights and benches. The Court Club offers cardiovascular training equipment, such as treadmills, stationary bikes, stair steppers and elliptical machines. Its instructors specialize in providing yoga, Pilates, water aerobics, and step and relaxation classes.
