Born & raised in New York City, Clean Plate Co. owner Chimere Ward, established Clean Plate Co. in 2010. Growing up w/ Caribbean & Southern backgrounds, early exposure to comforting fare helped her delve into culinary. Self taught & passionate, Chimere & her team has coordinated pop-up brunches, catered high profile media events, weddings, corporate, & government catering within six years of business. Clean Plate Co. will debut the first packaged product, an original recipe, Smoked Gouda Mac & Cheese. This dish is gearing to sell at announced local stores & Whole Foods Harlem in 2017!
