Having difficulty finding a service oriented dry cleaner, I began researching what makes a dry cleaner great. It took 2 years before I was able to put it to paper and get it started. since then we have made such advances in customer services thanks to the feedback of our greatest marketing people - our customers.

As you enter the store Candi, the woman at the counter, has already retrieved your clothes. When it is busy, alk toy have to do is drop them on the chair or counter and she knows every ciustomer...
