This Branch doesn't know what "customer service" means. I used the ATM to deposit some cash, the machine took my money and spit out an error message saying it could not deposit nor return my money...

Worst location ever. I came in to open an account and waited for more than 45 mins. They only had one banker. It was so slow. Don't go to this location it will discourage you from all citi banks!
