The ATMs are on the ground floor, while the teller and other bank services are located in the basement. It's never crowded and the staff is always very helpful and friendly!

Longest wait ever. I think the personal bankers took over an hour for setting up new accounts for the customers ahead of me.

Good bank but bad location. Who puts a bank in the basement? This is not a good bank for disabled people. But if you actually are by the train station part you would see that there is a bank...

To open a new account person banker needs over 2 hours. Its waist of time. The worse stuff rude and unprofessional
