I often go to this location of Citibank on 5th Avenue near Union Square and find the staff very helpful and nice. Congratulations to Leslie, Henry, Darleene and all other tellers.

standing here with a line, only one teller, other employees hiding behind desks, and the worst service imaginable for a bank. they have 10 kiosks for tellers and only one person sitting here?...

I have Citi "Priority". On the phone now for 20 minutes trying to reach a human. Terrible customer service.

Customer service here is generally good. My major complaint is with the company itself. My community, a religious non-profit, has banked with Citi for 14 years. Each September saw me in the branch...
