I was passing through the area just once and needed some Cash-ola. I see other comments on here about tellers attitudes etc. NOO it is really Citibank's reckless design on the privacy of their ATM...

Pathetic! Closes at 4 pm. We call and call, no staff answers the phone. Stay clear guys, stay clear of citibank. and Amityville branch. Huge disappointment. They seem to HATE customers.

Slow! Slow! Slow! Drive up window closed during busiest time, lunch time! Always a line and only two tellers. Too many banks out there to deal with this. Manger is clueless and doesn't help tellers.

Just like all the rest of the citi banks nice and friendly tellers a loan Department and a whole lot of ATM machines
