Good location but horrible rude bank tellers and customer service representatives! I miss my 5th avenue branch so much, they were fantastic.

This branch sucks. Sloooooooow. Service non-existent. Repeatedly make the mistake of coming to this branch for some reason.

Anthony Thomas, the teller is a rude pretentious person. Avoid the guy. He is not what citi is about.

On the corner of Flatiron's District is a Citibank where at least five fully functional ATM's service patrons' needs. No comment on teller or platform services as I did not utilize.
