I'm so glad I went into this experience blind. This was easily the strangest and most amateur show I have ever seen in NYC. I was shocked that they were advertised under the "Cirque du Soleil"...

Hmmmm...odd, amateurish and lackluster. Without a doubt there are some really talented performers that are awe inspiring but the overall production lacks focus, direction, editing and cohesion....

Wow, this is probably one of the worse performances I've ever seen. The story line is so stupid and the acting is pretty horrible. I'm not sure who they're trying to appeal to as there are a lot...

I've never been to another Cirque show, but my impression is that Banana Shpeel is different from the rest. This show has a lot of talk, a lot of faux Vaudeville banter and some dance numbers...
