Frank H. Hiscock Legal Aid Society, founded in 1949, is a law firm that serves clients throughout the Onondaga County, N.Y. Precision Reporters, Inc. was founded by Anne Wheeler Fauth back in 1983 when she opened an office in The Gridley Building in downtown Syracuse with two freelance court reporters, one of which was Suzanne Gillson, the current owner.
