Comparable pricing to other nail places. Can get better about scheduling times, they book appointments but you still wait. The techs are knowledgeable and friendly. The end result is always good

Cut up almost all of my cuticles with the nail drill and didn't even think to put alcohol on until after i prompted - and nails are already coming off after 4 days - i got a $70 full acrylic set.....

Here is a picture of what they did to my nails from a "simple" manicure. She took that drill out and drilled my nails down instead of using cuticle remover and gentle tools.
