What bank doesn't answer their phone? Especially when they've asked you to return their phone call? Almost an hour and NO one has picked up! Automation to a certain degree.

I like chase in general, but not this location. Always problems, not friendly bank tellers and long wait time for no reason. Highly don't suggest this particular location.
