Chase Bank

So far my experience with this bank for so many years has been excellent and pleasant. I've never had a problem with parking, their employees and manager provides excellent service...

Local chase. Entrance to parking lot off the main road can be troublesome in traffic, if you blink you'll miss it. Always nice service and quick with my needs at the window.

Terrible terrible customer service, especially the woman called herself the assistant manager at the branch, totally unprofessional. Frankly where do they find these people???

Unfortunately zero star is not an option. Do not use the drive through ATM. Ate my money, went in to tell the "customer service" who were all chatting in one cubicle. Their response..."oh...ok"....

HORRIBLE customer service! Their ATM (closest to the window) at my deposit! And they just shrugged and told me ti call the number. They said they would come out and help me and never dud. Poor...
