Over an hour to open a bank account is outrageous. Service at this branch is slower than molasses in January. This branch is obviously understaffed.This branch needs better and quicker service....

Waited over an hour to be seen by a customer service rep. Really poor service at this location for d most part. It doesn't matter what time of the day you need service

Decent bank all the ATM's work perfectly fine in an extremely safe location air conditioned however restrooms are not available for use by the general public

This chase bank location is terrible I sat for over an hour waiting to get my bank card unlocked. There was only one bank rep in the entire bank.
