Be afraid. Be VERY afraid. I work around the corner, so I've gone to Charleston's for lunch more times than I can count. And I've gotten sick and/or had to throw out the lunch I just bought more...

Well in all honesty, I was fairly happy with this place as a lunch spot: there's a huge variety (soups, sandwiches, salad bar, hot food, paninis) and everything is moderately priced and fresh....
