not an honest company. they are acting escrow agent and refuse to refund deposit that is spelled out in purchase agreement to do so if contingencies are not satisfied.

Recently bought a home through this company that was in foreclosure. Worst experience of my life. Did not respond to emails or phone calls, voicemail was always full. Was not considerate to anyone...
