Average experience. The menu looked appealing, but not all dishes delivered. Portions were fair, and service was friendly, though slow. Acceptable for convenience, but I wouldn't go out of my way.

Celestine is an Eastern Mediterranean restaurant located on the DUMBO waterfront, just under the Manhattan Bridge. Our kitchen, led by Executive Chef Garett McMahan, serves seasonal, soulful fare that draws inspiration from Northern Africa, the Mediterranean coastline, and the Middle East. Our wine list, curated by Joe Campanale, focuses on small, coastal Mediterranean producers. Our bar program, devised by Kevin Baird of Grand Army Bar, marries the flavors of the spice route with classic cocktails. We are proud to be located within a LEED Gold Certified building, and to be part of the DUMBO community.
