In the fall of 2007 our head baker and owner, Washieka Torres, decided to start baking from her home in New York City after years of convincing from her friends and colleagues. While in college she began to work on the flyers and perfecting the recipes that had been passed down to her from her great grandmother and grandmother. She also began to add spins of her own to classic recipes such as brownies and various cakes. She is now a Graduate student using the money she makes from baking to help pay for the rising cost of college.

We offer delicious baked goods: From cookies and cakes to cream puffs and quiche. All our products are baked fresh on premises with ingredients from local markets and high-quality distributors--all to ensure maximum freshness in everything we bake.. Our philosophy is simple: You deserve to get exactly what you want, exactly when you want it. And it is that philosophy which is carried through the entire process: from the first crack of the egg till you receive the package in your hands We cater everything, from schools to social functions and office parties.
