We are a 24/7 facility for members only. Daily passes are available during staffed hours only: M-F 9a-6p Sat or Sun 9a-3p. Prior arrangements must be obtained for after hours access, or for short term memberships. Finding a gym in the Downtown Syracuse area, that suits you, can be difficult. At Powerhouse, we do our best to provide the amenities our clients require. Whether it’s daily access to our equipment, cardiovascular machines, personal trainers to assist you, healthy grab-to-go meals by Clean Eatz for recovery, or top of the line supplements to keep you on your feet and active!

St. Joseph's College of Nursing is a two-year, private, nonprofit institution, offering various undergraduate and graduate courses in nursing. The college enrolls more than 250 students and offers associate degrees. It offers classes in anatomy, psychology, physiology, microbiology, nutrition, critical writing and pharmacology. The college offers weekend programs for registered nurses that include 180 hours of clinical practice each semester in departments, including pediatrics, medical and surgery, oncology, geriatrics and psychiatry. It also offers a dual degree program, residential facilities for male and female students with separate bathrooms. The college is approved by the National League for Nursing Accrediting Commission.
