Myself and kids have had accounts for many years, the new "real time" sucks! Even tho the bank has reversed a few NFS fees, they certainly are making money off it.

Have been happy with this bank for 6 years, but since they changed to new system, and new posting without following Federal regulations on notifications, or really anything else... I won't be...

ATM never works. Poor banking website. $30 fee to leave the bank if you decide you are unhappy with them. Customer service was nasty to me on the phone because I questioned there being a $30 fee...
