Cemetery of the Holy Rood was established in 1930 to provide consecrated burial ground for Catholics and their families. The cemetery spans 65 acres and features traditional upright monument sections, bronze memorial shrine sections and both private and community mausoleums. It is located in the heart of Nassau County in Westbury, N.Y. It offers funeral arrangements, crypt and niche services/programs, gravesite services/programs and maintenance services. It has association with Albany Diocesan Cemeteries, Catholic Cemeteries Diocese of Brooklyn, Catholic Cemeteries Diocese of Buffalo and the New York Archdiocese Calvary and Allied Cemeteries.
