Cathedral High School

Cathedral High School is a Catholic college preparatory school for women, and is located in New York City. The school offers classes to students in grades nine through 12, and offers a broad range of subjects, such as religion, English, foreign language, social studies, science, mathematics, business studies, health, fine and performing arts, computer and physical education. The school has dance, drama, debate, and art clubs, and also offers a musical band and an orchestra. Cathedral High School also has a facility of a radio station. Its media center houses a large collection of books on religion, nonfiction, fiction, science and technology and arts, and audiovisual materials to students. Its various sports activities include softball, basketball, volleyball, tennis, billiards, and track and field. The school s student council assists in various school programs and outdoor activities.
