Certain staff are not polite, service is also very inefficient. I have been a long time Cathay customer for many many years. Your cards don't work with Apple Pay therefore you will be losing me...

BEAWARE! I would highly recommend to NOT do your mortgage with CATHAY BANK! You'll be sorry if you did! I have my mortgage with them and deposited a little over 7k, then they started charging you...
