Catalyst SPORT was founded with a simple mission: we help people just like you live better lives by helping you to move better and get stronger. As personal trainers with thousands upon thousands of hours of experience, Catalyst Co-Founders Joe Boffi and Jason Kapnick came to realize a simple truth: clients who move better make faster progress and get hurt less than those with poor movement patterns (for example, think of the ability to squat deeply, or the flexibility to touch your toes). When we met world-renowned Chiropractor Dr. Kathy Dooley and the three of us founded Catalyst, the results were nothing short of magical: a gym that helps you get strong without hurting you; one that restores movement and uses that quality of movement to propel your fitness to new heights.
