Cass Park, Rink, and Pool are integral programs under the umbrella of the Ithaca Youth Bureau, offering a wide range of health and recreational activities for the residents of Ithaca and Tompkins County throughout the year.

Established in November 1972, Cass Park Rink is a popular enclosed ice rink catering to the greater Ithaca community. It provides public ice skating, skate rentals, and group rentals for various activities like broom-ball and hockey, as well as skating lessons from October through March. During the summer months, the rink transforms into a vibrant roller skating venue.

Cass Park boasts a picturesque green space housing 32 athletic fields, 2 playgrounds, 4 tennis courts, and scenic waterfront and fitness trails. The park features a large picnic pavilion available for rent from April to October through the Ithaca Youth Bureau. Additionally, Cass Park Pool offers an Olympic-sized swimming pool with a water slide and diving board, including a kiddie pool, open for public swimming from late June to mid-August, with options for season passes and swim lessons.
