Casowasco

Casowasco is a camp, conference and retreat center, owned and operated by the North Central New York Conference of the United Methodist Church. The facility is open to churches, educational groups and other nonprofit organizations without regard to religious affiliation. It serves groups of up to 200 people, depending upon the season. The facility features more than 200 wooded acres, a gorge, and over 1 mile of shoreline on Owasco Lake in New York. It also assists groups with program planning, guide groups through low ropes courses, conducts retreats and workshops, offers singing and gaming opportunities, and provide supervision for recreational activities. The facility operates a Christian youth camp in the summer months for 6- to 18-year-olds. Casowasco is located in Moravia, N.Y.
