Came here for a birthday cake; ordered a cake for picked up with extra crunchies. It was okay and did not have extra crunchies. I think I'll stick to the Carvel I usually go to than this...

Customer service is nasty , Employees don't wear gloves and touch the ice cream . I wanted to throw it out bc the employees hand touched the ice cream .

Typical Carvel. Always has a line but the staff is nice and accommodating. Love the soft serve and the Carvelanches! Can't complain.

The ice cream was good yes... but customer service was terrible. I went here with my friend and they got ice cream specifically Coffee and strawberry shortcake (I think) and we get our ice cream...
